
I am Cole and I love spicy food which prompted me to start this business. I find that other sauces out there are either spicy OR flavourful but very few are both and that balance shouldn’t be that hard to find. I was helping my mother shop for some fruits and vegetables and she offered to get me some ghost peppers, I was trying to think of how I would use them and then the Idea for Hot Coals Ghost Pepper Sauce was born. I knew that not everybody was going to be able or want to handle ghost pepper level spice so I started making a range of milder flavours. I have more flavours in the works but for now there are 5 from mildest to spiciest it goes Jalapeno, Poblano, Scotch Bonnet, Habanero, and Ghost Pepper.
